INDIANS AND THEIR SLAVE MENTALITY
In 1526, Babur came to India with a new technology called Canon. This led to the establishment of Mughals in India and also started a new era of slavery for Indians. Nobody talks of the Ibrahim Lodhi after that. He was killed or say beheaded by Babur, like a Ghazi. All Indian rulers did be watch themselves having new masters, this time with something new. This time the intention was to have an empire for a defeated plunderer, who lost his kingdom in Central Asia and had to run away to save his life. Then generation after generation, Mughals ruled and Indian slaves lived too. I can't comment on how they lived but definitely, that wasn't like that of a freeman. 1707 A.D marked the death of Aurangzeb and fate of slaves was about to get worse. Eventually,betwwen 1712 to 1757 A.D was the period of decline of Mughal empire and the rise of British colonism. This period was the period when independent states came into existence.
